How to collect Dropbox photo and PDF links in bulk

Paste a list of SKUs. The tool finds the matching photos and assembly PDFs in Dropbox, builds share links and saves them, so you can copy them out later in the marketplace upload template's column order. This guide covers operation only: how to search, the rules that differ for Overstock and Amazon, how to read the results, and where the links are kept.

Overstock: families are grouped automatically

Only Overstock has families. On every other marketplace one value per line is enough.

ai.homelegance.work/dropbox-export
Overstock ▾
Overstock groups automatically: SKUs with the same style number and set marker (-1, #3 …) that differ only in color become one family, no blank lines needed. To force a split, leave a blank line.
1
194S9516BLK-1PWH 194S9516BRW-1PWH 194S9516TPE-1PWH 194S1031BGY-1
  1. 1The top three lines share the style number (194S9516) and the set marker (-1PWH) and differ only in color, so they are one family automatically. 194S1031BGY-1 has a different style number, so it is another family.

How the automatic grouping works: same style number, same set marker, only the color code differs. The set marker is the -1, -2, #2, #3 in the SKU, including any PW-style tail. So:

One familySeparate families
194S4208BLK-1、194S4208BUE-1、194S4208CAM-1(同款号、都是 -1)The same colors with a different marker: 194S9515DGY-2 and 194S9515DGY-3
194S9745TP#3、194S9745BE#3(同款号、都是 #3)Different tails: 194S9515DGY#3 and 194S9515DGY#3PW
8344BLK-1PWHM、8344BRW-1PWHM(内部型号也一样)Different style numbers: 194S9516… and 194S1031…
To force a split, leave a blank line. A blank line only splits a block into more families, it never merges two blocks. The color code may also be missing on one of the SKUs (194S8429#2 + 194S8429BE#2, 193D6022-36 + 193D6022WH-36), come after the marker (193D6029-24BK + 193D6029-24BR) or precede a trailing S (193D6022S + 193D6022WHS): those are still one family. A SKU that fits none of these is a family of its own.

The tool saves one row per member of a family:

CaseProduct Image (same row as Product PDF, first row only)Variation Image (one row per member)
Single piece, no color variants (group of 1)Room scene _BG (the main image if there is none) → line drawings → whole gallery: main, angles, details, swatchJust 1 main image
Single pieces, with color variantsEach color's _BG (its main image if there is none) → line drawingsOne row per color, each with its own whole gallery
Master (#2 / #3), no color variantsRoom scene _BG → line drawings → each piece's (-1, -2, -3) main and angles → the master's details and swatch. The master's own main image is left out (it is the Variation Image), unless there is no _BG: then it comes firstJust the master's 1 main image
Masters, with color variantsEach color's _BG (its master main image if there is none) → line drawingsOne row per color: that color's master main, then each piece's main and angles, then the master's details and swatch

Line drawings are the files named _7, _71, _72; the tool uses all the line drawings of the first member that has any (a master can have 2–3). Variation Image never holds the room scene or line drawings. A single dining chair without color variants (item type "Dining Room Chairs") has no Variation Image at all. A single piece named by component (for example a bar set with _TBL_1, _CHR_41) has those shots in its gallery, table first. A # master named by component (a dining set #5) leaves them out and takes only the last component's line drawing (the chairs' _CHR_7).

The first line of each group is the anchor, so put the color you want to lead with on the first line of its family. If a master's gallery had to be built by file name (all photos sit in one folder, no master subfolder), the results table says so; give it a quick look.

Amazon: search by UPC

Amazon only looks for the assembly PDF, not photos, and only searches by UPC.

194840303640 194840333838
  1. 1Set the marketplace to Amazon.
  2. 2The search-method toggle disappears and a plain "Search by UPC" label takes its place. It's the only method.
  3. 3Paste one UPC per line, like 194840303640. The tool looks in Dropbox /Ying/Amazon/Amazon_AI for a file named exactly InstallationManual_194840303640.pdf and saves its link in the Assembly Instructions field.
The file name has to match exactly: only InstallationManual_<UPC>.pdf counts. If the file has another name or sits somewhere else, the results table shows 0 images and Assembly Instructions stays empty. The Supplier SKU column on that row holds the UPC.

57145714— 16 updated
9999XX—— 0— 3Could not find a Supplier SKU…
  1. 1The Images count is how many links this row saved. For Amazon it's 1 if the PDF was found and 0 if not.
  2. 2The Status column says created when the SKU hadn't been saved before, or updated when it had and the new links replaced the old ones. Re-running a SKU never makes a duplicate row.
  3. 3The Error column says why a row failed. Other rows carry on. The usual one is "could not find a Supplier SKU": a typo in the model number, or no Dropbox folder for that product yet.
  4. 4A grey small text is a hint, not an error. The usual one is "master gallery built by file name": that master's photos all sit in one folder with no subfolder of its own, so the tool assembled the gallery by file name. Give it a quick look.
  5. 5An error saying rate-limited or HTTP 5xx means Dropbox is throttling or the request timed out (the limit is shared company-wide, so someone else running it at the same time counts too). The page retries on its own first; if it still fails, wait a few minutes and paste the failed rows again. Rows that succeeded don't need rerunning, and rerunning never makes duplicate rows.

Every search saves its links at the bottom of the same page, one marketplace at a time, ready to copy into the upload template.

  1. 1By default it shows every row of the latest run, in the order you pasted. Switch to All to browse history, most recent run first.
  2. 2The search box filters by Supplier SKU or model number; part of it is enough.
  3. 3Copy links copies only the links, in that marketplace's upload-template column order, one SKU per row with blanks where there is no link, ready to paste into Excel. Copy with SKU puts Supplier SKU and model number in front. Download CSV adds a header row. The screen only shows columns that have a link; copy and CSV always use the full template columns.
  4. 4The first row (anchor) of a multi-color family carries Product PDF 1, PDF 1 Type, and the Product Image columns.
  5. 5Each other color in the family gets its own row and only fills Variation Image.

AmazonAssembly Instructions (the Supplier SKU column holds the UPC you typed)dl=1
BoscovImage 1–20, filled in orderraw=1
  1. 1raw=1 links point at the file itself, which the Overstock and Boscov upload templates need. dl=1 links start a download when opened, which only Amazon uses. The tool adds the suffix, so don't edit it by hand.
  2. 2For Amazon, Internal Model Number only has a value when our database knows that UPC; otherwise it stays blank and the link is unaffected.
  3. 3There is one row per marketplace + Supplier SKU, and SKUs that differ only in letter case count as the same one. Re-running a SKU overwrites its row; it never adds another.
Old links for a SKU are replaced, and the links here can't be edited by hand. To change a link, fix the file in Dropbox and search that SKU again.
